  • After registration, you will need to provide a certificate of incorporation / a certificate of attestation for a private teaching practice / an ID of your organisation.

    If you run a private teaching practice but do not have a certificate of attestation, you can also attach a signed and dated letter with a letterhead that includes the name, business address, telephone and email of your teaching practice. The letter, which will be accepted as ID, should confirm that you are the official representative of your teaching practice and display the year of your teaching practice establishment.

    Based on the above information, Oxford School of Advanced TESOL Studies will create a TESOL provider's account for you and provide you with the right information and services related to your organisation's accreditation.

    Our staff are fully trained on how to handle data safely. We assure you that we will use your data only to administer your TESOL provider's account, support the accreditation process and assess the quality of our services.

Once you have completed this transaction, you will receive an email message from the payment service provider confirming receipt of your purchase as well as a welcome email from Oxford School of Advanced TESOL Studies with an enclosed invoice and information about your organisation's accreditation from Oxford TESOL Accreditation Centre. It may take us up to 3 working days to process your application.

    Accreditation fees cover TESOL provider's account registration and administration, processing of the accreditation application by our accrediting officers as well as teacher training and mentoring during the accredited period. Please note that the accreditation fees are non-refundable unless you withdraw your accreditation application within a cooling off period of 14 days (10 working days) from the date your application is processed by Oxford TESOL Accreditation Centre.
